1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to most countries and regions worldwide, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, major European countries, Australia, and more. For remote areas or countries not listed, please contact our customer service for confirmation before placing an order.

2. Shipping Fees & Discounts

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders with a total amount of $999 or more (after discounts, excluding taxes and additional services).
  • Standard Shipping: For orders below $999, standard shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination and package weight. The specific amount will be displayed at checkout.
  • Express Shipping: If you need your order to arrive faster, you can choose express shipping for an additional $19.90. Express shipping typically shortens the delivery time by 3-5 business days compared to standard shipping (subject to actual logistics conditions).

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak seasons (e.g., sales events, holidays), processing time may be extended to 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email if there are delays.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 15-20 business days for most destinations.
  • Express Shipping: 7-15 business days for most destinations.
  • Note: Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.

5. Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Trapstar is not liable for these additional charges. For details, please check with your local customs office.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete (including street name, house number, postal code, and contact phone number). We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

7. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your registered email address. You can track the delivery status through the logistics provider’s website.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in investigating with the logistics provider, but we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure or logistics errors unless proven to be our fault.
